  1. To All,
  2.  
  3.         This is a demonstration game of how you can use ICON TOOLS, a
  4. powerful icon unit for turbo pascal 6.0 compilers.  To run correctly,
  5. you must use the icon convert program so it can create the icon images,
  6. i.e. the ship, the alien and the missiles, for your particular graphics
  7. adapter.  To do this, type CONVERT.  To run the game, type ALIEN.
  8.  
  9.         The game is a simple galaxon-like space game, but there is only one
  10. alien who is constantly firing at you.  In return, you fire at him by
  11. pressing the SPACE BAR.  To move your ship either left or right, use the
  12. LEFT and RIGHT arrow keys.  Pressing the UP arrow stops the ship from moving.
  13. To quit the game, press the ESC key.

  15.         The source code for the ICON TOOLS library and ALIEN are
  16. included in case you want to expand on them.  Well, enjoy.
